The Company carries out the transportation of industrial raw materials and commodities on a global scale with a fleet of 60 vessels under its ownership and management. Core business lines are consolidated under Dry Bulk Transportation, Technical Ship Management, and Commercial Operations. All operations are conducted in full compliance with international maritime regulations and industrial standards
Dry Bulk Transportation
The technical condition of the fleet is managed in compliance with international safety regulations (ISM), environmental standards (ISO 14001), and Classification Society requirements. Planned maintenance, spare part procurement, and dry-docking organizations are coordinated by the technical department.

Commercial Chartering
Commercial employment of vessels is ensured by analyzing global freight markets and commodity movements. The optimization between vessel supply and cargo demand is managed through Time Charter and Voyage Charter models, maintaining long-term commercial relations with corporate charterers.
Crew Management
Selection, training, and certification processes of seafarers are conducted in accordance with the STCW convention. Rotation planning, visa procedures, and payroll services are centrally administered by the authorized human resources unit to ensure operational continuity.
S&P and Newbuilding
Fleet renewal, tonnage expansion, and asset management activities are carried out in line with company strategies. Second-hand Sale & Purchase transactions and newbuilding projects are evaluated and executed within the framework of financial feasibility and technical inspection processes.
Port & Agency Services
Port entry/exit operations, monitoring of loading/discharging processes, and representation before official authorities are provided. Management of customs regulations, supply operations, and port disbursements is carried out under the supervision of the operations department.
